    Hi, I'm Mandi.

I write Young Adult and New Adult fiction about more-than-normal people grappling with their potential, identity, and purpose amid everyday places. 

I live in Oklahoma and stay busy teaching  writers. When I'm not teaching or keeping up with my very active teenager, you'll find me enjoying rural life, pining for scones, negotiating with my cat for occupancy of my writing chair, and scheming ways to make "business casual" include hooded sweatshirts and pajama pants.
